Waste to Energy, Black Sea, Romania

In Romania, right by the Black Sea, a Clean Cycle® unit operates at an oil and gas facility recovering waste heat from the process steam loop. Previously the low pressure boiler exhaust was vented to the atmosphere, but now an clean operating organic Rankine cycle plan converted the waste heat to electricity and returns the condensate water back to the boiler process, saving water, producing electricity and improving the efficiency of the existing process.
