Our solutions help landfills in several ways. Our Heat-to-Energy solutions improve the efficiency of onsite combustion generators, connecting to the exhaust stack and converting waste heat into electricity. For organic waste processing, we eliminate plastic, green, solid and food waste into either syngas and bio char with our HTAP units or into electricity through a boiler combustion with our Clean Cycle II (CCII) units. When syngas production is chosen it can be directly fed into onside gas generators to decrease fuel requirements. Many landfills also produce methane gas. We can capture that gas and use it to offset landfill's energy consumption, either through burning methane for heat for the CCII or by using a gas generator. Our solutions help municipalizes process solid waste in the same way.

During oil extraction oil-water mixtures exit at high temperatures. Our engineers determine the best place to recover that heat based on the optimal oil-water separation temperature (either before or after the separation process). We convert your heat to energy to produce value-added electricity to offsite power demands and sell back to the grid. Our processes cool the oil, water, and other substances to eliminate your cooling costs while making an alternative revenue stream.

For gas based projects, our high-tech heat exchangers enable our products to cool gas engines at zero additional cost while creating electricity. We attach a heat exchanger on the exhaust stack, and you watch your savings and efficiency increase.
